1 - Manual inputs are rounded according to EN 45501-4.7.1 during input
    of second weighing or automatically if other input.
2 - The weighingpoint can be choosen now immediately before weiging is
    performed.
3 - Statistik is deleted correctly now ( the date for too old
    records was not recalculated ). If memory becomes full in older
    versions emergency help is on terminal in command line:
      kill oper 3
      restart oper 3
    This will recalculate the date for deleting old records once.
